Fuel and operating cost control for UAE businesses
Hifzi shows business owners, finance and operations teams exactly where fuel and fleet money leaks out, in dirhams, and helps you stop it: idling, joy rides, non-productive trips, fuel theft, poor routes and missed maintenance.
For vehicles, buses, trucks, generators and equipment, in all seven emirates.
Example: a 30-vehicle fleet with every engine idling burns about 45 litres an hour, or AED 216 an hour at today's diesel price.
Hifzi at a glance
Built for the people who pay the fuel bill
Rising fuel prices hit every part of the business. Hifzi gives each team a clear view of the costs they are responsible for, and the tools to bring them down.

"Did the fuel we paid for go into our tanks?"
"Which vehicle is idling or out after hours right now?"
"Which permits and licences expire this month?"
UAE fuel prices in 2026
UAE pump prices have climbed almost every month since the regional conflict began at the end of February 2026. For businesses that run vehicles, fuel has gone from a predictable cost to one of the fastest-rising lines in the budget. Every litre wasted now costs almost twice as much.
Every 1,000 litres of diesel now costs AED 2,280 more than in February. A 60-litre tank of Special 95 costs about AED 257, up from AED 140.
Prices per litre set by the UAE Fuel Price Committee for February, August and October 2026.
What Hifzi does
Start with the features that need no new hardware, then add the rest as your budget allows.
All fuel information in one view, priced at today's pump price, with live alerts so waste can be stopped while it is happening.
Detect, report and cost the habits that burn extra fuel, for every vehicle and driver.
Know when fuel leaves a tank without a reason, and whether every litre you paid for arrived.
Separates billable delivery trips from everything else, and completes your delivery records.
Plan the shortest, fastest multi-stop routes for the whole fleet every day, using predictive traffic for the time and day of travel.
Move from costly breakdowns to planned servicing, with every part and labour cost recorded.
Every vehicle, driver and company document stored in one place, with alerts before anything expires.
The full cost of running each asset, in a form your finance team can use.

How it works
GPS trackers record kilometres, idling, speed and trips. Fuel data comes from the CAN bus or OBDII port, fuel level sensors or tank caps. Assets without trackers use the driver app.
Drivers log fuel fills and productive trips. Hifzi checks each fill against the tank, separates productive from non-productive kilometres and records maintenance costs.
Dashboards show waste in AED by cause. Live alerts reach supervisors while waste is happening, and monthly reports show finance exactly what was saved.
Who uses Hifzi
Hifzi works for any asset that burns fuel, needs servicing or has documents to keep valid, not only vehicles.
Questions
Hifzi is a fuel, fleet and asset cost management platform for UAE businesses. It brings fuel use, driving behaviour, trips, maintenance and documents into one system and shows the cost of waste in AED, so owners, finance and operations teams can cut operating costs.
Since the regional conflict began at the end of February 2026, diesel has risen from AED 2.52 to AED 4.80 a litre (about 90%), Super 98 from AED 2.45 to AED 4.40 (about 80%), Special 95 from AED 2.33 to AED 4.28 (about 84%) and E-Plus 91 from AED 2.26 to AED 4.21 (about 86%), based on UAE Fuel Price Committee prices for October 2026.
Hifzi finds and stops fuel waste. It costs vehicle idling and sends live alerts, flags over-speeding, harsh driving, night, after-hours and Sunday use, separates productive from non-productive trips through the Hifzi Driver app, detects fuel theft and inflated fill entries, and optimises delivery routes to cut the distance driven.
Yes. Hifzi detects fuel theft using digital fuel tank caps that report unauthorised tank openings, fuel level data from the vehicle's CAN bus or OBDII port, or digital fuel level sensors installed in the tank. Sudden drops in fuel level raise real-time alerts, and driver-submitted fuel bills are cross-checked against measured fuel.
No. Hifzi reports idling, kilometres, driving behaviour, after-hours use and driver-app fuel fills without fuel sensors. CAN bus or OBDII data adds fuel level monitoring on supported vehicles, and digital fuel level sensors give the most accurate fuel consumption figures.
The Hifzi Driver app lets drivers record the odometer before and after each productive trip, log fuel fills, receive and acknowledge daily routes, and mark each delivery with time, location and proof of delivery. Hifzi uses this to measure productive and non-productive usage and the fuel wasted on non-productive trips.
Optimising multi-stop delivery routes with predictive traffic information can typically reduce fuel consumption by 15% to 25%, while also improving fleet productivity. Hifzi shows the expected cost before each optimisation run.
Yes. Hifzi stores vehicle documents such as registrations, insurance, permits, Securepath and Asateel certificates, driver documents such as licences, passports and Emirates IDs, and company documents such as trade licences, and sends alerts before each one expires.
Yes. Hifzi works for any asset that uses fuel, needs maintenance or has documents to keep valid, including delivery vans, trucks, buses, construction machinery, power generators and air compressors.
Book a free 30-day fuel audit. Hifzi measures four weeks of normal operation on a sample of your vehicles and gives you a Fuel Leakage Report showing where fuel is wasted, in AED, by cause and by vehicle. You then decide whether to roll out across the fleet.
